Our Services

Hexcode is a product strategy and design agency. We offer a range of services including, but not limited to:

• Product strategy and roadmapping
• UI/UX design and prototyping
• Brand identity and visual design
• Web and digital experience development
• Embedded design and development team engagements

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Hexcode and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
• Upon full payment, deliverables produced under a client engagement are transferred to the client as agreed in the project contract.
• Hexcode retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging Hexcode for services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project.
• Reviewing and providing feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensuring they hold the rights to any materials submitted to Hexcode for use in the project.
• Honouring payment terms as set out in the project agreement.

Payment & Billing

Payment terms for all engagements are outlined in the individual project agreement or SOW. General terms include:

• Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by applicable law.
• Hexcode reserves the right to pause or terminate work in the event of non-payment.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This includes business strategies, financial data, technical specifications, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any engagement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on our site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
• Hexcode will provide all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payment.
• Confidentiality obligations remain in force after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts. Specific governing jurisdiction will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
