The challenge of deploying IoT solutions lies in finding skilled technicians for demonstrations, pilots, and full implementations. Traditionally, entrepreneurs like ourselves have shouldered this burden.
Hexcode Designs was brought in to transform "Install iot" - a platform connecting businesses with freelance IoT experts. Our goal was to create a user-friendly experience that showcases the services most valuable to potential clients, while also establishing a modern and distinct visual identity.
This website redesign aimed to improve communication of core offerings for existing users, while attracting new audiences through a website that stands out from the competition.
The challenge
The central objective was to craft a narrative that ignites excitement, loyalty, and brand awareness for Install-IoT. To achieve this, we sought a visual identity that embodies the unique personality. This identity would also introduce a memorable brand icon that resonates with IoT technicians, architects and service providers.
On other we needed to revamped navigation system which focused on enhancing content discoverability by implementing a more logical and relevant sorting system for pages.
The platform’s language was way too technical and jargon-heavy, especially for their non-tech-savvy audience. Our second focus was to solve this challenge at it’s best.
The solution
After immersing ourselves in the competitive landscape, we embarked on an iterative design process, relentlessly refining ideas until we landed on the bold and striking brand identity you see today.
We then translated this brand essence into a user-friendly website, ensuring a cohesive experience that seamlessly extends the core branding principles.
